FAQs

What types of design services do you offer?

We provide a full range of design and branding services — from logo creation and business cards to flyers, banners, and social media graphics. We also design websites, presentations, and custom marketing materials tailored to your brand.

How does the design process work?

Once you contact us, we’ll start by discussing your ideas, goals, and brand identity. We then prepare a concept proposal with initial designs. After your feedback, we refine the project through revision rounds until you’re fully satisfied.

How many revisions are included in the price?

Most projects include 2–3 revision rounds. Small adjustments are always free of charge, but major redesigns beyond the agreed rounds may involve a small additional fee.

What file formats will I receive?

You’ll receive all essential formats: PNG (with and without background), JPG, PDF, and vector files (SVG or AI). For print projects, we provide CMYK print-ready files; for online use, optimized RGB files.

Can you also handle printing?

Yes — we can coordinate printing with trusted print partners. You’ll receive a separate quote for production costs, or we can prepare print-ready files for your chosen printer.

Do you work with international clients?

Absolutely. We work remotely with clients all over Europe and beyond. All communication and deliveries are digital, and payments are accepted via standard online methods.

How long does a project usually take?

It depends on the project type. A logo design may take 3–7 business days, while larger branding or website projects can take 2–4 weeks. Express service is available upon request (+25%).

How do I request a quote or start a project?

Simply send us an email at jakub.liminowicz@nextdesign-sc.com with details about your project — type, deadline, and examples or inspiration. We’ll respond with a custom quote and timeline within 24 hours.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes — we have several packages (Start, Business, Premium, and Corporate) that combine popular services at a better price. You can find them in our “Service Packages” section.

Do you design in Canva or only professional software?

We use Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for most projects, but we can also deliver editable Canva templates on request for clients who want to make future edits themselves.

What’s your payment policy?

For new clients, we usually request a 50% deposit before starting. The balance is due upon final approval and file delivery. Long-term clients may receive flexible payment terms.
